About me

Hello and welcome to Vitality Equine, Holistic Sports Massage Therapy. I'm Mary and I am passionate about equine wellbeing and being able to provide this service to help your horse; whether that be to improve their general wellbeing, enhance their capabilities or support in their rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Using a combination of manual soft tissue therapy, red light therapy and mobilisations I'm able to help your horse/pony to release tension and restrictions to optimise their wellbeing and vitality - as after all a happy horse equals a happy owner!
Having rehabilitated my own horse following major surgery, I understand the challenges; the highs and lows, and the joy in seeing them regain their strength and zest for life as they begin to feel stronger and more comfortable. I find it particularly rewarding to work with nervous/anxious horses and seeing their confidence develop as they begin to trust and open up to the healing process - both physiologically and psychologically.

Massage is a wonderful, holistic therapy which benefits all horses and ponies - whether ridden or non-ridden - at all stages of their life.
£1 from every treatment will be donated to a UK equine charity supporting my mission to make the world a better place for horses.
I am a member of the International Association of Animal Therapists and committed to ongoing CPD. Please have a browse around my website and do get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book an appointment.
